Have
you ever wondered why you feel
so tired especially when you think of trying to "give
something up" or making that change? Whether
we waste and lose energy on trying to stop an invalid
behaviour pattern that no longer works for us, like
smoking, eating certain foods, even the anxiety around
the whole thing seems to take our energy.
I know from my own experience and also of working
with clients that working with emotions can feel like
the most tiring thing, even more than physical exertion.
But for good reason if we are to change a negative
way of living, a way that no longer serves us healthily
and in fact stops us becoming and being who we truly
are.
Any change no matter how small it may seem...........IS
a change.
I offer you support in a safe, relaxed and comfortable
space, for you to explore feelings and anything you
wish to bring, working at your pace. Somewhere to
just be yourself, be accepted as such and to be listened
to and feel completely heard.
My working backround was in Health and Social Care
and more recently with people with physical disabilities.
I have worked with the public in many ways for over
twenty years.
I attend therapy when needed and private supervision
monthly also peer supervision monthly with colleagues.
I nourish myself by ensuring a balance of things in
life, I enjoy swimming, walking in the outdoors, reading,
cooking, gardening, socialising and dancing.
